CEZAR is Jamaican singer-songwriter-producer who has been creating music for over a decade. Born in London to a musical family, his father co-founded Ashanti Records - one of the early labels which brought the sound and magic of reggae to the UK/European audience. Raised in Kingston since his earliest years, Cezar grew up on the sounds of Bob Andy, Peter Tosh, Marley, Marvin Gaye, Curtis Mayfield, Stevie Wonder and more. Their, and his family's inspiration led to his start as a singer- songwriter while he attended Howard University in Washington D.C. His releases have earned him songwriting awards locally and internationally, and an endorsement with Coca-Cola for the song "Keep On" which became part of the company's Beijing Olympics campaign. He has worked with legends like Sly Dunbar & Robbie Shakespeare, Tony 'CD" Kelly, Sean Paul, Sizzla and Jerry Wonda of the Fugees, among others.
